Return Policy
We do our very best to ensure we have provided you with enough information and pictures about our products so you will be comfortable in knowing what you are purchasing. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact us via email prior to ordering. We answer all questions via email within one business day.
Each order is filled completely one at a time. We take great measures to ensure that each order is carefully packed and its contents checked off and logged by more than one person because we realize the importance of you receiving the items that you ordered. If by chance there is a mistake on our end and you were sent an item you did not order, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package so we can rectify our mistake. Once a package has left our hands, we can no longer vouch for its contents. Therefore, due to the nature of the products we carry, and to protect the integrity of our products, we do not and cannot accept returns if a package is damaged in transit and cannot accept returns due to the dislike of a particular color or scent of a product.
Liability Disclaimer
All of our products are exceptional and are offered in good faith. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by SylkTM and it's affiliates. Upon accepting delivery of your package you release Sylk® and it's affiliates of any and all liability.
