Q. Do you have a catalog? A. Due to our constantly expaniding product line and price
changes, a printed catalog is not available.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. We accept Visa and Master Card. Soon we will accept all major credit cards
and paypal.com
Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. We ususally ship order within 2 to 3 dusiness days, beginning the day after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Shipping time
can take 2 to 5 days, depending on your location and distance from us. During
the holiday season orders may take longer.
Q. What if my candles arrive damage? A. All of our candles leave the factory packed properly and in good condition. In
the event that you receive a damage or broken candles please contact UPS at
1-800-742-5877, or for the hearing impaired TTY/TDD: 1-800-833-0056.
Q. Do you accept return? A. If you find your candle to be faulty please notify us for a refund or replacement. Replacement products will be in the same scent as original order. Original shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be processed for improper use, placement or display of candles. Store your candles in a cool and dry place. Wax will soften and start to melt in temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
Q. Is your website secure? A. Yes, your information is completely secure on our website. We do not give out any personal information. For more details on this please see our Privacy Policy. Your credit card is processed through AuthorizeNet, the leading source in credit card transactions. We do not store any credit card information.
