Your order will be shipped via UPS within 2-5 business days once payment is received, 7-10 business days during the busy holiday season. You will be notified if there is a delay in filling your order. Orders will be shipped, from our business, in perfect condition. If we make an error in filling your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at customerservice@sylkwax.com and we will immediately rectify our mistake.
Forms of Payment
We accept payments in the form of Visa and Master Card. Orders are processed once payment is received. No exceptions. We ship within the United States of America. We do not accept international orders at this time.
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays. And during inventory we will be closed from December 23, 2007 to January 23, 2008.

If your credit card is declined we will notify you by email as soon as possible regarding the problem. We take the added step of verifying through your particular merchant that the card is indeed unacceptable and verify any errors in the processing systems. We then notify you via email immediately.
